  To do this she requires: 

• A scale plan of your home.
• The compass direction from your front door facing out into the street.
• Include the front fence and any unusual features such as type of road  e.g. Do you live on a T junction?
• If you live on a suburban block include the whole block and where the house sits in relation to the fences. Take the plan of your home and get this photocopied to A4 size.
• If you don’t have a scale plan you need to draw a plan. Drawing the plan on graph paper will be the easiest way. Draw your plan including your fenced yard on an A4 sheet of paper. Include any features such as fountains, ponds, etc. Draw a separate plan for all floors.
• If you live in an apartment draw the plan for your apartment only.
• Make sure you mark main entrance door, back door, other doors and windows, the internal walls, staircases, alcoves and all permanent fixtures, such as the bath, shower unit, toilet, basin, kitchen cupboards, sink and fireplace. Don’t over complicate the drawings.  
• Also include your birth date and birth dates and gender of all people residing in the home.

Consultations are $67 per hour. Consultations can take up to 12 hours or more depending on the amount of information given. Jenny would be happy to provide you with a more an accurate quote if you email her your plans.
